    per errorre si è rinnovato il contratto con conseguente addebito annuale.

    a noi il servizio non serve più

    chiediamo il riaccredito dell'importo

    al tempo stesso chiediamo il recesso dal contratto

    attendiamo riscontro

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and I see that it's suspended due to a dispute that you filed. Because of this, your account was not charged and there will be no future charges on the account.

    Since you used PayPal for your payment, it is important that you also cancel your Jotform subscription on your PayPal account. Here's the guide on How to Cancel Your PayPal Subscription to Jotform.
