Partage des soumissions et possibilité de les télécharger

j'ai partagé les soumissions d'un formulaire en donnant les droits de collaborateur mais je voudrais que la personne avec qui j'ai partagé puisse télécharger les données. Comment faire ?

Now, coming back to your question, if you want to allow the person you shared the submissions with to download the data, you need to adjust the sharing settings for the table. Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to Tables and open the table you want to share.
2. Click on the Share button located at the top-right side of the page.
3. In the Share Table window, click on the Share Settings link.
4. Change the privacy options to ensure that the collaborator has the necessary permissions. You can set their role to Collaborator, which allows them to download submissions.
5. Enable the Print and Download buttons under the Apply Limitations section to allow downloading.

Once you have made these adjustments, the collaborator should be able to download the submissions in various formats, including CSV, Excel, or PDF. We also have a guide here explaining on how to do that.
