Buongiorno
Ok abbiamo attivato l'autorizzazione.
Grazie
Saluti

Hi anticapiazza,
Based on the screenshot you provided, it seems you have embedded the form on your website (anticapiazzamiracoli.it/check-in). Note that when a form is embedded on a website, the SSL certificate must be provided by the website owner — in this case, yourself. I recommend reaching out to your website or server administrator to verify if the SSL certificate is still valid. If it has expired, they should be able to renew it for you.
Additionally, when accessing the form directly via the Jotform URL, there should be no SSL certificate issues or warnings, as seen in your screenshot.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello Andrease
Thank you for your support
we ve inserted the form in our website using "iframe" where inside the Jotform URL is recalled.
So is it still a problem of our web site ? We supposed that recalling your link it was loaded the page from your server.
Anyway we ll investigate with our website supplier about the SSL certificate.
Thank you again
B.Regards

Hello again
we ve just ended to verify the page by Qualys SSL Labs and we got positive confirmation.
So definitely it's not an our problem.
Pls we must offer maximum protection to our customer and to avoid the message about "unsafe server" could cause their rejection about fill the form.
Thanks

Hi anticapiazza,
I reviewed your website, the form, and the iframe, and it seems like this could be a temporary issue or something related to the client's browser. Does this happen consistently, or was it just a one-time occurrence? It would help to know if the issue persists across different sessions or devices. I have cleared your form cache in case there was some old cache data causing that issue. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
