Pagamento non autorizzato

Buongiorno nella giornata odierna mi trovo un pagamento non autorizzato di 4,99 euro sulla mia carta. Per prima cosa vorrei capire come avete potuto prelevare un importo che io non ho rizzato e 2 cosa su che cosa mi state addebitando questi soldi chiedo il rimborso e la cancellazione dei miei dati.
