Now, coming back to your question. If the form is accidentally deleted, then you can restore it in the trash section of the forms' dashboard. Please note that deleted forms are soft deleted and will remain in the system for 30 days in case you will need to restore it. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms dashboard, go to Trash section from the left-hand side of the page.
2. Select the form you want to restore by putting a checkmark to the tick box before it.
3. Click the Restore button at the top.
