Impostazione dell'email di risposta automatica quando l'invio viene modificato.

Buongiorno,

ho un problema con il seguente modulo: https://form.jotform.com/242141568773360

L'idea è di creare un modulo per il ritiro e la consegna del materiale presso la nostra sede pertanto ho studiato questo modulo che alla prima compilazione invia tramite mail l'elenco del materiale ritirato ed una mail con la possibilità di modificare il modulo successivamente quanto si riconsegna completando con la data di consegna del materiale.

Ho impostato così una terza mail che dovrebbe partire verificando che il campo data di consegna sia pieno..

Il problema è che la mail non parte mai e non comprendo il motivo. Il controllo delle mail avviene solo al primo invio del modulo anche nei successivi?

Since one of your conditional logic is that you need to modify/edit the form, you will have to enable the When a submission is edited options in your autoresponder email. I can walk you through setting that up:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar.
2. Go to the Emails panel, hover over your mouse to your autoresponder, and click on the Pencil icon.
3. Go to the Advanced tab, check the box near When a submission is edited to enable, and click Save.
