Ripristino modulo per reset limite invii mensili

Buongiorno

con l'attuale profilo Starter è previsto un limite di 100 invii MENSILI, che sono stati superati nel mese di giugno. Nella piattaforma veniva data indicazione che il limite mensile si sarebbe resettato a partire dal 1 luglio, con possibilità di far ripartire il conteggio dei 100 invii mensili per luglio.

In realtà abbiamo verificato che il limite mensile non si è resettato e il modulo risulta ancora disabilitato.

Si chiede di attivare il modulo disabilitato in modo da poter ricevere i 100 invii previsti per il mese di luglio. Ciò deve essere garantito essendo previsto dalla tipologia di profilo Starter.

Precisiamo che NON abbiamo la possibilità di effettuare l'upgrade del profilo.

Now, coming back to your question, I can confirm that your Monthly usage limits reset on the first day of the month. I've gone ahead and refreshed your monthly limits, so it should all be working fine now. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?
