How to free up Upload Space?

Buongiorno, non capisco perchè lo spazio sia quasi esaurito se ci sono file di pochi mega caricati, come possiamo liberare spazio?

Now, coming back to your question, I have reviewed your account and currently, you have not exceeded any of your account limits, but you are close to exceeding the Upload Space limit. You can review your account usage, limits, and scheduled monthly reset date on this page.

You can free up your Upload Space by downloading, deleting, and purging submission data. Here's how to do it:

How to download Submission Data:

1. In Form Builder, on the upper left side of the screen, click on the downward arrow icon.

2. Click on Tables.

3. In Tables, on the right side of the screen, click on Download All.

4. Click on your preferred file type.

How to delete Submission Data:

1. In Tables, hover your cursor over the first column of the submission data and click on the checkbox to select the submission data.

2. On the right side of the screen, click on Delete.

How to purge deleted Submission data:

1. In Tables, click on the three vertical dots icon beside the Tab name.

2. Select Trashed entries.

3. Click on the checkbox beside Select All.

4. Click on Delete Forever.
