How to delete submissions from trash so it's not detected as duplicate?

Is there some sort of trash for deleted rows that needs to be emptied?

In order for a submission to not be detected as duplicate, it must be deleted from the the trashed entries permanently. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In your form's table, click on the 3-dot icon beside your table name and select Trashed Entries.
   
   
2. On the menu on the right, select the data you'd like to remove permanently and click on Delete Forever.
