    buongiorno,

    Hi SanNoLo,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

I understand you'd like to create a voting system and create a report after collecting the form's submission. We can do this by using the Scale Rating element. Let me show you how to do that:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left.
    • Next, select Scale Rating field to add it to your form.

It's possible to create a report to collect the times a specific option is selected, but it's not possible to automatically add them up. As a workaround to that, you may consider integrating your form with Google Sheets, then performing your calculations to tally up the votes using worksheet functions. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Reach out again if you need any help.
