Now, coming back to your question, I’ve checked your email address, and the account that you're using to contact us isn’t subscribed to any of our paid plans. Can you share any form URL or other email address that could have been used to create an account with Jotform? Or, can you send us the details below to help us locate the account:
- The last payment amount:
- The last transaction date:
- The last four digits of your card:
- The expiration date of your card:
- The type of card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.):
If your PayPal account is charged, can you share your PayPal email address? But, if you no longer have access to the email address, you will need to fill out our Jotform Recovery form, make sure that you provide the necessary information, once you fill out the form our relevant team will get back to you.
