    Hi lilililac73,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that your upload storage has exceeded the limit (132.23 MB / 100 MB). This is why your forms may not be working correctly. Let me share how you can fix this:

    1. Delete unnecessary uploads
    1. Go to your My Forms
    2. page.
    3. Open the Tables view of each form.
    4. If you want to keep the files, download them first using the Download button.
    5. Then delete the submissions that contain uploaded files.
    6. Go to the Trash tab and click Permanently Delete to completely remove them.

    Files in the Trash still count toward your upload limit until you purge them permanently.

    2. Refresh your usage
    1. Click your profile picture → Settings → Usage tab.
    2. Next to the Upload Space section, click the refresh (↻) icon.
    3. → Your available space will update automatically after a few seconds.
    3. Clear your form cache

    Finally, clear your form cache so the forms reload with the updated limit:

    • Go to your Account Settings
    • Scroll to Form Caches → click Clear Cache


    After doing these steps, your upload usage will decrease and your forms will be reactivated automatically.

    If you’ve already deleted and purged submissions but your limit still hasn’t updated, let us know and we’ll check it from our side.
