I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Indonesian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Hi Marlon,

    I've checked your account and saw that there's no form on your account currently. If you're trying to submit a form that belongs to another account, I suggest that you reach out to the form owner so they'll be able to assist you directly. Take note that they might have enabled the Unique Submission setting on their form that prevents the users from doing multiple form submissions from the same browser or IP address.
