I’ve changed my email address and rest my password in accordance to the instruction I was given. I now cannot remember my password and my device hasn’t saved it. I tried to reset my password again however when I click the “reset password” link, it takes me to the log in page not the reset password page even though I’m logged out of my account. Please help.

Hi! I get an error message that my e-mail address is on "the bounce list" which makes sense because it was deleted by my employer and replaced with a new one. When I try to change it, I am prompted to enter a code sent to me to the address I no longer have access to. There is no option to have the code sent to the backup e-mail address. I tried to fill in the recovery form, but it was rejected. I don't have a clue when I last used Jotform prior to today, and the rest of the questions. Please help.

I was just trying to remove my email from this account because another guy is taking over these forms. It told me I had to change my password to do this and so I did. Anyhow, the login is still the old email “jzra***sp***ts@g***l.com” with the new password and I logged in to see if ut worked and it did but the forms are all gone. (The old password was but is my son’s name and I don’t want the new guy to know we use it as a password)
