Hello.
I have recently verified my identity through your required process to reset my password AND change my email. I no longer have access to my old email. I even verified my last payment information to prove my identity.
My new email is co***sto***j***ol@g***l.com.
The old user ID is: c***l@co***rst***pe***j.com
I cannot log in. When I try to reset the password with my new email it is taking me to a new account. I need to recover the account i have been using for about 2 years associated with my OLD EMAIL that I cannot access.
Please help. We have been without our necessary forms trying to resolve this for a few months. To recap: What user ID should I be using? The old does not work and the new email takes me to an empty account.

Hello, I initially created my account with th***ee***e@ou***k.com. I then changed this outlook email in general to Li***eSt***co@out***k.com. So the_bee_hive is no longer an email address at all. I cannot log in to my form now. I only have access on my phone where I’m already logged in. I need to change my email associated with th***e***e@out***k.con to be lit***ti***o@ou***k.com. I’ve tried to do this on the app but when it sends the code it does not arrive because the bee hive is no longer an email address.
