Your AI Agent’s voice does more than deliver information—it helps shape how people feel about your brand. Whether you want it to sound friendly and conversational or confident and professional, choosing the right voice makes all the difference. With customizable options for accent, tone, and gender, you can match your AI’s personality to your audience, build trust, and keep interactions engaging.
You can change your AI Agent’s voice in a few easy steps. Here’s how to do it:
- On your My Workspace page, click on Type at the top and in the Dropdown menu that opens, uncheck the boxes next to all the assets except AI Agents, so only they’ll be shown on the page.
- Hover your mouse over the AI Agent you want to update the voice for, and click on Edit Agent on the right side of the page.
- Now, in Agent AI Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top, click on Train.
- Then, click on AI Persona in the menu on the left, and under the AI Persona section on the right, go to the Voice tab under the Conversation Style section, and click on Change on the right side of your AI Agent’s current voice.
- Then, in the Voice Settings window, hover your mouse over the voice you want for your AI Agent and click on Use on the right side. You can filter the available voices by language, accent, gender, or age using the Dropdown menus at the top. To preview them, hover your mouse over the AI Agent’s Avatar and click on Play on the left side.
That’s it. Now, you’ve successfully updated your AI Agent’s voice to better match your brand and connect with your audience.
Notes
- Any changes made in the AI Persona section of AI Agent Builder are saved automatically and will immediately be reflected in the AI Agent’s behavior and responses.
- Changing your AI Agent’s voice will apply across all channels, including the Voice Agent, Phone Agent, and Presentation Agent.
