Lien qui ne fonctionne pas

Pourriez-vous me dire pourquoi le lien sur la version anglaise de mon formulaire ne fonctionne pas svp ? Il m'indique une erreur 403 (pas d'accès autorisés) alors que le lien fonctionne pour tous ceux qui ont le lien.

Now, let me help you with your question. The meaning of 403 forbidden error is related to the server. Can you please clear your Google Chrome's caches and data. I've cleared your form caches so, your forms are now refreshed. Can you please try following these troubleshooting methods below:

• Please clear your Google Chrome web browser cache.
• Use a different web browser/device.
• Log into your Jotform account.
• Use Google Chrome's incognito mode for testing.

If the issue persists, then can you add the another one same form field using the same URL. You don't need to delete the old Paragraph field, You can Hide the field. So, that way your older submission are safe. Let me share the steps:

• Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, scroll down a bit on the page 2.
• Click on the gear icon, a new right side paragraph properties will open.
• Select the Avanced option and turn the toggle on for hiding the form fields. That's it.

Thanks for your answer but it still does not work. I have test the two solutions we have mentionned before and there is still an 403 error. Could you help me please ?

Thanks for getting back to us. I've cloned, and tested the form in question in the English version, when I clicked on the hyperlinked PDF (More details about our packages here) was working well in the Google Chrome's incognito Mode. Let me share the screencast:

As you can see the PDF was opening, and I was able to submit the form successfully. Can you run the test in the Google Chrome' incognito mode and see how it goes after clearing the Google Chrome' caches? Please share the screenshot if you see any error while submitting your form.

Thanks for your answer. I tried the form in english and it is now working.

However, the link is opened in the same page instead of a new tab (as the french version). Could you help me with that ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform. To open the hyperlink in the new tab you will need to add this code target=”_blank” in the <a> tag from the source code. 

• In the Edit mode of the Paragraph field, Click on the Source Code Icon beside Chain Symbol.
• Search for the <a> tag, and add target=”_blank” at the end of the <a> tag. Before the tag got close.
• Click on OK to Save the changes in the Source code.

At the same time, please check the ici word is hyperlinked properly as well, you can select ici word and add the PDF document's URL.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've cleared your form caches so, your forms are now refreshed. Can you please clear your Chrome browser's cookies, and then run the test in incognito mode to see if the issue persists. You can also try to open your form in the Mozilla Firefox.
