Retrait de l'option d'authentification

    Bonjour,

    J'aimerais que soit retiré à mon compte Jotform l'option de sécurité qui demande un code d'authentification lorsque la connexion multiple s'effectue à partir de deux postes informatiques différents. Nous avions eu, mon collègue et moi, le même enjeu avec notre autre compte JotForm.

    Vous pouvez valider l'échange qui a eu lieu avec notre collègue Frédérick Simoneau pour le compte dont l'utilisateur est le ServiceSSTCQI. Voir l'échange de conversations à partir de mes demandes dans mon compte.

    With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. Please note that the authentication code has been recently implemented and that only one user can log in to your account and can only log in to a single device. If another user logs in while you are currently logged in, the system will automatically log you out, and will then ask you again to log in with the authentication code. If multiple log-ins are detected, your account will be locked out. 

    If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes.
