Hello I took my time to look at your form and frankly I liked it.
My questions are the following:
1 - I would like to generate a unique id or number for each member on my website via the form is it possible?
2 - Is it possible to send a confirmation email?
3 - Can I check if the member has registered?
4 - Can I integrate a payment method that is not referred to by your payment methods?

- Each submission created is given a unique submission ID. You can click here to see where to find the submission ID. If you don't like the format of this ID, you can create your own using the Unique ID widget:
https://www.jotform.com/widgets/unique-id - Yes, you can send Autoresponder emails to users who submitted your form. You can learn how you can create this here:
https://www.jotform.com/help/26-setting-up-an-autoresponder-email/ - Can you please clarify this? You can access all submissions from the Jotform account where you can see if a user submitted the form.
- You can only have payment gateways that are available. If your gateway is not available, please let us know which one you would like to use, and we will forward it to our developers as a feature request. You can see the list of available gateways here:

Please note that collecting Credit Card details (name on the card, card number, CVV, expiration date) and copies, scans, or screenshots of Credit / Debit Cards is not allowed on forms. If you try to add fields for this, your account will automatically be suspended by our phishing detector.
