Bonjour,
j'ai ce message d'erreur alors que mes téléchargements sont supprimés, mon cache également.
Pourriez vous vérifier pourquoi mon formulaire est-il désactivé ?

Hi enoirot,
Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, This error typically means that your form has exceeded its allocated quota, such as the monthly submission limit, upload space, or other usage limits. Even if you have cleared your cache and deleted uploads, the form may still be disabled if the monthly quota has been reached.
Here’s how you can check and resolve this issue:
- Check your account usage and limits and monthly reset date.
- Upgrade your plan. If you need to continue receiving submissions immediately, consider upgrading your plan to increase your limits.
- Clear your form cache. If you are within the limits, then you can clear form cache to refresh your forms.
When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset on the first day of the limit reset period, or upgrade your account to increase your limits. Each account has its own reset date for the monthly account limits. Some account resets on the day the account was created. You can view the start date of your next limit reset period under the Usage tab of your Account page. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right of the page.
2. Click Settings from the menu.
3. Go to the Usage tab on the left-hand side of the page.
4. You will see under Monthly Usage section your monthly limit resets.
You can also check our guide in understanding account usage and limits.
In line with this, the account is within limits, so I cleared form caches to refresh the forms. However, you can clear form cache on your end as well. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
