Bonjour,
j'ai un formulaire (https://eu.jotform.com/build/250892400661050) dans lequel j'utilise Mollie pour le paiement.
Lorsque les utilisateurs veulent soumettre le formulaire complété, rien ne se passe.J'ai testé à plusieurs reprises, j'ai exactement le même problème. Nous ne somme pas redirigé vers la page de paiement de Mollie.
J'ai cherché tout l'après-midi après les solutions, en vain.
J'ai testé, dans le désordre:
- la suppression du module de paiement Mollie et je l'ai à nouveau ajouté
- la déconnexion/reconnexion à Mollie
- le clear du cache
- j'ai testé avec différents navigateurs (Brave, Norton Private, Edge)
- Sur PC ou sur smartphone Android
Quelle est le problème? Quelle est la solution. Merci de me répondre au plus vite, j'ai des clients qui s'impatientent...

Now, coming back to your question, can you share with us a screenshot of your browser console log so we can understand more what's happening? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
