Le titre du formulaire ne s'affiche pas correctement sur Telegram

Bonjour,

Lorsque j'envoi le formulaire sur Telegram au lieu d'afficher: "Formation Pratique" il est écrit "Diginomad"

Now, coming back to your question, I tried this on Telegram and I ran into the same issue. However, when I clicked it, it displayed Formation Pratique. It seems that this should be scraped from Telegram since it's showing the outdated page title. You can get in touch with Telegram about this, or you might consider cloning the form as an alternative. Let me walk you through it:

1. Go to My Forms and select the Formation Pratique.
2. Open More on the right and select Clone from the menu.

The problem it's not in WhatsApp only Telegram

It appears that this issue is only on Telegram. I also tried sharing your form on Facebook, and Formation Pratique is displayed there as well. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

I tested your new form on Telegram, and it’s now displaying the correct title.
