Bonjour,
Lorsque je vais sur mon jotform on me notifie : "Vous avez dépassé la limite de espace de téléchargement. Surclasser maintenant"
Que dois-je faire ? Suis-je obligée de payer un abonnement ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and your upload space limit is 115.82 MB/100.00 MB. For a Storage account, you are allowed a max of 100 MB of upload space. Each account is given an upload space that is used to store the data you receive in the submissions. Mostly, it is used to store the uploaded files that you receive through your form submissions.
I checked your forms and you have archived entries, let me show you how to do delete it:
- In Form Builder, click on arrow beside Form builder label.
- A pop-up window will appear, click on Tables.
- In Jotform Tables, click on three horizontal dots beside your table name.
- A pop-up window will appear, click on Archived entries.
- A pop-up window will appear on the right side of the screen. Click Select all to select all the submissions.
- Next, click on Move to trash button. A pop-up window will appear, click on Move to Trash.
- Your archived entries will move to Trashed entries, you can delete now all the entries inside your Trashed entries section.
- Click on three horizontal dots again beside your table name.
- Click on Trashed entries. A pop-up window will appear on the right side of the screen.
- Click on Select all and select Delete Forever.

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.

Bonjour et merci pour vos explications que nous avons bien suivies.
Cela a bien fonctionné pour le tableau "https://form.jotform.com/241472347276359" --> à nouveau accessible
En revanche, j'ai fait le même chose pour le tableau "https://form.jotform.com/241443785087060" mais le lien ne fonctionne pas. Message reçu : Form over quota. - This form has exceeded its allocated quota.
Y a-t-il une autre manipulation à faire ?
