Bonjour,
Pourquoi?
Merci

Hi Sarah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, going back to your question, sure you can have your users answer your forms without having to create a Jotform account.
If you have used the Assign Form or Invite By Email feature to share your form, whether it is Public or Private, users will need to have a Jotform account to fill out your form.
Alternatively, if you have shared the direct link of the form to your users and if the form is Public, your users won't have to have a Jotform account to fill out your forms. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab on the top part of the page.
- Make sure that your form is Public.
- Copy the link of your form and share it to your users.
You can also check out this guide on How to Change the Access Settings of Your Form.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
