Problème page remerciement (page 404)

    Bonjour,

    Je n'arrive pas a atteindre la page remerciement après soumission?

    Sur l'ensemble de mes formulaire.

    Que se passe-t-il?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, when I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Will you allow us to create a test submission in your form so we can see what's happening?

    Vous pouvez faire une soumission test.

    De mon côté, j'ai toujours la page 404 erreur.

    I created a test submission in your form but did not encounter such an issue. Here's a screencast of my result:

    Can you please connect it again and test it? You can also share a video recording of how the issue occurs on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    Je vais regarder du côté de ma connexion internet ou navigateur pour voir ce qu’il se passe. J’ai remarqué aussi que les pdf arrivent longtemps après soumission. Parfois jusqu’à 10 minutes. Est-ce normal ?

    Bonjour et merci pour votre intervention.

    Beaucoup de logos et images n'apparaissent plus sur les formulaires et sur les PDF de soumission.

    Les PDF arrivent parfois après 10 minutes de la soumission?

    Que se passe t-il chez Jotform?
