Can we use Jotform to manage the compliance?

We are using Jotform for the events organised by the staff members of the Lycée and we would like to know if we can use Jotform to manage the compliance needs (incident report and risk assessment linked to the event, the permissions filled by the parents...)

The idea is to be able to add or link the document risk assessment to the form submitted for the event and add or link later the incident report to the same form if there are incidents during the event.

If there also a possibility to send the permission that the parents must complete before the event.

We will like to gather all the documents linked to the events.

Yes, you can add your other form link to your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page and drag-drop a Paragraph field onto your form.
2. Click on the Edit icon on the right side of the Paragraph field.
3. In the Paragraph field toolbar, click on the Attachment link icon.
4. Add your URL and Title and click on save icon. That's it.
