Submission page 2

Bonjour,

Sur la page 2 de mon formulaire (voir la pièce jointe), j'aimerais ajouter une condition:

si le champ email est rempli, alors quand on soumet le formulaire sur ce même email.

J'aimerais à la soumission que l'email que j'ai créé soit envoyé avec un pdf généré dans le mail (je suis en train de créer mon pdf).

Comment faire?

Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, the attachment wasn't included in your post. Are you referring to the following email field?

If so, I can help you set up the condition to send an email if the field is filled out. Here's how:

1. Click Settings from the top navigation bar.
2. Select Conditions from the left menu.
3. Click the Add Condition button.

4. Select Change Email Recipient, and set it as follows. Note that the Email's value is the Unique Name of the email field:
