Bonjour , cela m'indique que j'ai dépassé mon forfait or ce n'est pas le cas. Cela m'a bloqué la clientèle et le recrutement sur toute la journée car je ne l'avais pas remarqué. Ce n'est pas la première fois !

    Hi ridandsell,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I looked over your account, and it appears that you exceeded your upload space. Note that the Starter plan allows for 100 MB of upload space, and your upload space currently stands at 100.85 MB. You can upgrade your account to increase your limits or you can free up your upload space by deleting and then purging your form submissions that include file uploads. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to My Forms and select the form you want to delete.
    2. Select Submissions at the top of the page to open Jotform Tables.

    3. In Jotform Tables, choose the entries using the checkboxes in the first column of the table or click the Select All checkbox.
    4. Select Delete in the upper-right corner.
    5. In the confirmation dialog, select Move to Trash.

Note that any deleted submissions will be saved in the trash entries folder for 30 days before being permanently deleted. You can delete them manually to immediately free up space. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open the main tab’s menu using the Three Dot icon icon next to it.
    2. Select Trashed entries from the menu.
    3. Click the Select all checkbox, then select Delete Forever.

That's it! Let us know if you have any other questions.

donc les 5 formulaires et 100 soumissions ne sont qu'un leurre , finalement avec les 100 mb on ne peut pas les atteindre

    Hi ridandsell,

I've checked your account and I noticed that you reached your upload space limit of 100.85/100 MB, It this was consumed most by your Félicitation ta candidature est validé ! form

Please note that the upload space limit refers to the files uploaded by the users. If your users attach files to the File Upload field and submit them, then the size of the uploaded file will be counted in your upload space.

To free up the upload space, you'll have to delete your submissions. Before you delete, make sure to Download all the submissions just in case you need them for future instances. After that, you can go to form submissions and delete the submissions. This will free up the upload space. Let me show you how:

    1. In Tables, click on the three vertical dots icon beside the tab name.

    2. Select Delete in the upper-right corner.

Please note that deleting submissions in Jotform Tables does not permanently delete the data. They are kept in the trash folder for 30 days. This allows you to restore submissions as needed. The deleted submissions in the Trashed entries folder must be purged. To permanently delete the trashed submissions. You can follow the steps below:

    3. The Trashed Entries will open on the right side. Click on Select All to mark all the submissions.

    4. Click on Delete Forever. Click on Delete to confirm. Note that this will purge and permanently delete the submissions.

But if you don't want to delete the whole submission, you can just delete the uploaded files on that submission. You can check my screencast below on how you can do this from the Jotform Tables. To determine if you are already below the maximum upload limit, you can check your Account Usage page.

Another option is to upgrade to a higher subscription plan to increase your account limits. You can check this page to view the different paid subscription plans and their limits. You can refer to this guide as well for more details about your account usage and limits.

Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Hi Ridandsell,

I checked your account and saw that multiple forms still contain multiple upload files that are now in the Trash entries. This is why your account upload usage does not reset. Please note that trashed entries still consume your account uploads. Therefore, to free up your account uploads, you'll have to purge the deleted submissions from the trash entries. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Ellipsis icon located on the upper left side of the page.
    2. On the dropdown menu, select the Trashed Entries option.

    3. On the modal screen, click the Select All option and then click the Delete Forever button.
