    Bonjour,

Depuis hier, impossible de recevoir les notifications mail sur notre adresse contact@snfminancy2024.com (nous avons également vérifier dans les spams).

Les mails passaient bien la semaine dernière.

    Questionnaires concernés :

    • SNFMI Nancy 2024 : Partenaire - Votre venue

    Justine

    Hi EMERGENCE_contact,

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

    Hi EMERGENCE_contact,

After investigating, I noticed that the email is included in our bounce list. I've gone ahead and removed the email contact@snfminancy2024.com from our bounce list. To prevent this from happening in the future, please add Jotform’s IP addresses and domains to their email service provider’s whitelist. This can help ensure that emails from Jotform are not marked as spam.

I also recommend that you set up SMTP on your account. Let me show you how:

    1. While signed into your Jotform account, select your Profile Picture from the navigation menu.
    2. Click Settings in the submenu.Remove Email on Bounce List Image 1 Screenshot 40 Screenshot 10
    3. Under the Sender Emails section, select the Add Sender Email button.Remove Email on Bounce List Image 2 Screenshot 51 Screenshot 21
    4. Enter your SMTP information as follows:
    • Email Address: Your email address.
    • Host Name: The hostname provided by your hosting provider.
    • Port: 587 or 465.
    • Username: Your email address. Unless the hosting provider specifies a unique username, this should be the same as the email address.
    • Password: The password for the given email address/username.
    • Security Protocol: TLS or SSL.
    • If everything is correct, click the Test Email button to ensure that SMTP works. If everything works, click the Save Email button to complete the setting. Otherwise, correct the information.

Let us know if you need any more help.

Hello and thank you for your help.

    Notifications are working again.

However, I don't really understand your answer. From what I understand, it was on your side that our address was blacklisted and not on our side. How could whitelisting you on our side avoid this problem?

I also did a test of adding SMTP. Is there a limit to the number of email addresses that can be added?

    Thanking you,

    Justine

    Hello Justine,

Your email domain may have blocked Jotform's IP addresses. If this is the issue, the emails might keep bouncing back to our bounce list even if we removed them. My colleague has provided steps on how to prevent this from happening again.

I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.

Let us know if you need any other help.
