Limite de créneau de rendez-vous à 5

Bonjour,

J'aimerais créer un formulaire invitant les participants à choisir un seul créneau (jeudi 21/11 matin ou jeudi 21/11 après midi ou vendredi 22/11 matin ou vendredi 22/11 après-midi) pour participer à un forum. Je voudrais que chaque créneau ne puisse être choisi que 5 fois et que celui-ci soit bloqué ensuite. Est-ce possible avec Jotform ?

Now, coming back to your question, you can use the appointment widget, then you can limit the number of times they can pick the same appointment date. I'll walk you through setting that up:

1. On your My Forms page, find your form and click on Edit on the right side of the page, to open Form Builder. 
2. On the Form Builder page, hover your mouse over the Appointment field and left-click on it.
3. Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the Appointment to open Appointment Properties. 
4. In the Appointment Properties window, click on the Advanced tab.
5. Under the Advanced tab, in the Appointment Type section, click on Group, and then close the window.

That's it, you're done. Now, more than one person can pick the same appointment date when they fill out the form.

Je n'avais effectivement pas pensé au module rendez-vous. Comme il y a simplement 2 jours pour ce forum, pourriez-vous me conseiller un autre module qui permette aussi de limiter le nombre de personne choisissant un créneau à 5 ? Les créneaux seraient des demi-journées.

J'avais pensé à une question de ce type (capture d'écran) mais je n'arrive pas à limiter le nombre de personnes choisissant un créneau.

You can also use our Quantity Gift Registry widgets, you have the option to limit the quantity they can select. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, search for the Quantity Gift Registry widget and add it to your form.
3. Then, go to the Widgets setting, and under Item, you can change the Item name and quantity.

voici le parcours que je voudrais : un participant accède au formulaire, il choisit un seul créneau soit jeudi matin soit jeudi après midi soit vendredi matin, soit vendredi après-midi puis il doit ensuite renseigner ce nom. Le créneau en question ne pourra ensuite etre choisi qu'une fois pas le participant suivant qui remplira le formulaire. Pouvez-vous m'aider ? Merci beaucoup

If you want the users to be able to select only 1 quantity, you can use the Gift Registry Widget instead. This will give you the option to enter max selections. Let me show you how:

2. Under the Widgets tab, search for the Gift Registry Widget and add it to your form.
3. Then, set the Max Selection in the right panel menu.

Il faudrait maintenant que je puisse faire en sorte que le créneau soit bloqué après que 5 formulaires aient été remplis par 5 participants (comme pour le module rendez-vous)

Do you mean when the submission reaches 5, you'd like to disable the form? If so, we can set the form status to be disabled at a specific submission limit. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Form Settings on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on Enabled under Form Status.
4. Select Disable at the submission limit.
5. Set the limit to 5 under the Submission Limit.
6. Finally, click on the green Save button below.
