Partage signature avec un lien

Bonjour,

Je souhaite partager un document à signer via un lien , mais je ne comprends pas les informations demandées

Pourquoi faut-il redonner les informations pour les autres signature que j'ai déjà fourni avant ??

Ne peut-on pas avoir juste un lien à partager.
