A Product List Order Template is a form that can be used by the customer to order specific products from a company. A good product list order form should be specific and complete which means that the product description, price, and quantity should be clear and distinguishable. It is recommended that the total amount per product and the total amount as a whole should appear in the form.

This Product List Order Template has form fields that ask about the customer, delivery address, order date, products that were ordered, and payment details. This form template has more than one product category in the table format. This table shows the product name, product ID, price, quantity, and amount. Using the Update and Calculate Field condition, the price column will be multiplied to the quantity column to get the product amount. This form template is also using the Form Calculation widget to get the total amount by adding all subtotals from different categories and adding the Shipping Fee. Using the Unique ID widget, this form template generates a unique order number for each submission.
