Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues viewing these images. I took at look at your email logs and was able to view the QR code on your email:

In this situation, it looks like your email might be preventing the email from appearing. In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to your IT administrator or the Email admin to allow images from Jotform. Additionally, I'd recommend reaching out to have them whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and domains.
If you're still having issues with the image display, can you provide us a console report, as well as the submission ID so we can look into this further?
