Hola buenos días,
Escribo desde la Universidad Nacional del Sur (Bahia Blanca, Bs As, Argentina). hace unas semanas empezamos a utilizar los formularios.
tenemos configurado para que una vez completo el formulario, le llegue un pdf adjunto vía mail.
Recibimos varios reclamos que si bien completan el formulario, luego no llega el adjunto en PDF vía mail. Sino que reciben el mismo mail de siempre pero sin adjunto. Algunos debajo viene como un link para bajarlo, es correcto? pero algunos no llega, nada.
saben decirnos que puede estar pasando?
Si bien tenemos un Drive donde quedan copias de los pdfs, necesitamos que le llega a la persona que lo llena para evitar tener que reenviarlso nosotros.
Espero haber sido clara, adjunto un mail donde se puede ver lo que estoy diciendo.

Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. is this happening to all of the forms? Or just a specific one? If so, you can try removing the Autoresponder Email and then add it back. Most of the time, this resolves the problem. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings from the navigation bar and click Emails.
- Hover your mouse over to the Autoresponder Email and click on the Trash Can icon.
- That's it.
Now that you have removed it, you can add it back.
- While you are still at the Email Settings, click on Add an Email.
- Next, select Autoresponder Email.
- Customize the options the way you want them and click on Save and you’re done.
If the problem is the same, please provide us with the link to the affected form so we can investigate what happened.
