Espero se encuentren bien,
Tenemos con ustedes ya hace unos años la membrecía con la plataforma JORFORM
hasta ahora no hemos tenido grande problemas con ustedes, pero en los ultimo informes que realizamos nos viene saliendo esto en los informes y al momento de querer editarlos no nos deja editar
por favor ayúdenos con este tema ya que somos clientes viejos y poder seguir con ustedes

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I have cloned and tested your form on my end and it can be able to generate the PDF document successfully. Can you please state the problem you encounter on the form in detail so we can try to replicate it on our end? Additionally, if you want to edit the submissions, you need to turn off the Jotform Sign feature so the submission will not be legally binding. Let me show you how:
- Go to Form Settings -> Jotform Sign.
- Turn OFF the Enable Jotform Sign Automation on your form.
