I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
It's easy to change your account details. you can do that by navigating to your account settings. Under the accounts tab, you can change your website, password, and all related to your account details.
When it comes to changing your payment details, you can do that in the billing tab.
