No puedo descargas los informes de excell de ingreso de formularios se queda cargando. Por favor ayuda gracias

Now, let me help you with your question. Sorry for having trouble downloading the the submissions into Excel report. When I tested to download your form submissions into an Excel file, I cannot replicate the issue. However, I noticed from the screenshot that you shared with us that you were not logged in to your Jotform account. Can you tell us if this form submission report was shared with you as a collaborator? Also, can you try to log in to your Jotform account and try downloading the report again?
It would also help to fix minor issues if you'll clear your browser's cache before trying to download the report again.
