Replace SUBMISSION_ID and API_KEY with their respective values. I've confirmed this is working.

thank you Amin! I test it and then.... it worked for of alll submissions.
I found one another issue with before link (https://www.jotform.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid=5439873883422652070&formID=221004066883653), few documents type PDF were blank, I mean witout data.

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m really sorry that this is happening. Can you also use the API endpoint provided by my colleague and see if it also resolves the issue with the PDF with blank data?

Hi yesterday we had problems with a lot of mails that come. each mail has pdf-link field. I can see this field is configured to request : https://www.jotform.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid={SUBMISSION_ID}&formID={formID}
instead:
https://www.jotform.com/pdf-submission/SUBMISSION_ID?apikey=API_KEY
