Integración Monday - Issues que no se generan

Hola!

Tenemos nuestros formularios integrados a Monday, y hay casos en dónde no se generan los issues en Monday. Veo que el formulario es completado correctamente, y también veo el registro en el INBOX, pero el Issue no es creado en Monday y no logro ver un LOG donde vea por qué falló la integración entre JOTFORM y MONDAY.

Gracias por contactarte con el Soporte de Jotform. Lamentamos que estés teniendo inconvenientes con esto. Aunque para entender mejor que puede estar pasando, sería de gran ayuda si pudieras confirmarnos si esto sucede con cierto formulario en específico, o con todos los formularios que han sido integrados con Monday.com. También necesitaríamos que nos compartas el URL del formulario o formularios en cuestión.

Adicionalmente, nos ayudaría si pudieras compartir una captura de pantalla referente y el ID de envío de los envíos que no han sido pasados a la integración.

Una vez tengamos tu respuesta podremos seguir ayudándote con esto.

-Agregar autor EDUARDO HENRIQUE GODOY BARBOSA (EDUARDO GODOY);

-Quitar autor LEOPOLDO OLIVEIRA, LEOPOLDO OLIVEIRA. En su lugar va: LEONARDO DE SOUZA PACHECO (LEO SOUZA).

Pensé que podría ser un tema de caracteres especiales, o el link, pero no logro descubrir cuál es el problema. Cambiando el texto, el formulario funciona correctamente.

Thanks for getting back to us. I used a translator to understand the issue and will respond to you in English but if you'd like to receive responses in your native language, I'll have our Spanish support team attend to this ticket. Note though that the response time could be longer than usual.

Can you confirm which fields are not being sent to Monday.com? Are these the texts collected using the Long Text widget such as the Describe your query here field on this form? For now, try removing the integration and adding it back and see if that fixes the issue.

Thank you Billy! The Issue is that in some cases the integration works fine, and sometimes it doesen´t work at all.

If you use this text, the integration doesen´t work at all. So it doesen´t generate anything on Monday:

If I use the exact same text directly into Monday (not using Joform), it work´s OK.

When I use Jotform with other examples and Works the integration, all fields are collected OK on Monday.

And this is happening in several forms that are connected with the same Monday Board.

Thanks for patiently waiting. To clarify your question, are you referring to the field "Describa aquí su consult" which is mapped in the Name column on the Monday.com board?

I tested the integration and I was able to pass the data to Monday.com. Here's the screenshot:

If this is not exactly what you're looking for, can you please explain a bit more about what you are trying to do?
