Now, let me help you with your question. To assume that you are referring to your Guest account terapiasaloe@gmail.com. You can't reset the password at this moment since we offer just a one-time login feature to Guest account users.
I would recommend signing up using the same email via this link. Guest account sessions are stored in browser cookies. So, if you use the same computer and same browser on which you built this form to sign in to your account, then the forms from the Guest account will automatically be transferred to the new account you will be creating with the same email address terapiasaloe@gmail.com.
If you are referring to a different account, please provide the email so we can further check on our end.
