Where to Find Invoices?

Buenos días,

Hemos tenido activo un plan para generar formulario 2 meses, lo hemos dado de baja temporalmente pasando a plan gratuito, aunque volveremos hacer uso de plan de pago en próximos proyectos, pero necesitamos localizar las facturas correspondientes a los meses que hemos hecho uso de plan de pago, pero no conseguimos localizar.

Quedamos a la espera

Now, let me help you with your question. It’s easy to check your invoices. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
4. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section. 
5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.

Gracias por su respuesta, hemos estado en plan de pago hasta agosto, pero ahora estamos en un plan gratuito y en las opciones del menú no aparece Facturas.

Entiendo que es porque estamos en plan gratuito y la opción de facturas sólo es operativa para plantes de pago, pero necesitamos poder disponer de esas facturas, del mes de Junio y Julio.

Quedamos a la espera.
