How to shorten the submission ID

Thanks for getting back to us. It seems you are referring to the submission ID. Unfortunately, it is not possible to shorten the submission ID. If you want to generate a shorter unique number for each submission you can use the Unique ID widget, you can also edit the number of digits. Let me show you how:

1. On your form builder, click on add form element and select the Widgets tab.

2. Search for Unique ID and click on it. Once the widget is added, click on the gear icon and update the Number of Digits.

 If you want to hide the submission number on Tables page you can click on the dropdown next to the Submission ID column and select Hide Column.
