Recuperar formularios de la cuenta eliminada diego@knlconstructor.net

    Estoy experimentando un problema porque eliminé mi cuenta por error. La cuenta estaba a nombre de Diego Pauta y también estaba asociada al correo management@knlconstructor.net. Necesito recuperar los formularios que estaban en esa cuenta, pero no recuerdo la fecha y no fue compartido con nadie. Quisiera saber cuánto tiempo se demoran en responderme y a dónde se van a contactar conmigo para resolver este problema. Estoy solicitando ayuda para recuperar esos formularios urgentes.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked our system and found that there are two different accounts associated with your domain. The account under management@knlconstructor.net is currently active but has no forms. However, the account under diego@knlconstructor.net with the username K**_M***gem**t is deleted and contained multiple forms. I've gone ahead and reinstate the deleted account, so it can be access using either the username or email address along with the password.
