Estimados, tengo consulta con el sistema de Creador de Firmas.

-¿Como puedo anexar los correos para que sean concordantes con los participantes?

-La mayoria de los correos no llegaron a destino.

-¿Es posible guardar y editar el formulario como un registro tipo, que sea posible de modificar en su materia pero que los participantes que deben firmar no puedan alterar esa información?

-¿Es posible alimentar el creador de firmas con la totalidad de los correos que poseo y despues solo seleccionar a aquellos que necesitan firmas? De esta forma asignarles una fila de tal forma que puedan firmar facilmente.

Fill in the signers' names and emails, then go to the Options tab before sending. There, you can add additional email addresses as CC Recipients. This can happen due to various reasons such as spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or server issues. Make sure the email addresses are correct and check spam or junk folders. Also, ensure your account is in good standing and not restricted.

Yes, you can create a form template or a document that you can modify on your end, while restricting participants from changing that information. This is typically managed by setting permissions and locking fields that participants need to sign but cannot edit.

Currently, you can input multiple email addresses and assign signature fields accordingly. However, there isn't a direct feature to bulk upload all emails and then select signers by assigning rows. You can add signers individually or via CSV import depending on your workflow.
