Now, coming back to your question, I tried to access your app using a mobile and a computer, I couldn't replicate the issue. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Can you try to clear the cache of your web browser? Can you also try to access your app using a different device?

Looks like the link didn’t come through on my end. Mind making a quick screen recording of what you’re seeing? Loom is an easy option, or you can upload to Google Drive or Dropbox.
I can see that you have 6 apps in your account, is the issue happening on all your apps? If you haven't, can you try to access a different app under your account and see if you can replicate the issue? You can also try to connect to a different internet service provider?

Es por eso que sería de gran ayuda si pudieras compartir un poco más de información sobre qué dispositivo en específico estás utilizando, y si esto sucede también desde otros dispositivos móviles. También te recomiendo hacer la prueba conectándote a una red de internet diferente o usando un VPN para ver si el inconveniente persiste.
En caso de que esto ocurra desde una laptop o computadora, sería de gran ayuda si pudieras compartir una captura de pantalla del reporte de consola del navegador cuando esto ocurra.
Una vez tengamos tu respuesta podremos seguir ayudándote con esto.

te comento, la APP tiene un crash con en nuevo IOS26 de iphone, el sistema operativo anterior no daba ningun fallo. en dispositivos android o usandolo delsde el lap top con sistema windows ningun problema. el hecho es que mi compañia usa iphone y ipad de ultima generacion con el nuevo IOS instalado.
sin embargo, la app RSM RationalAPP funciona perfectamente en el nuevo IOS26.
puede que haya alguna diferencia entre las apps que da este error?

Now that you mentioned the device has iOS26, can you share the model of iOS this has happened on? Also, does this mean the tablet is an iPad and the computer is a Mac? Thanks for patiently waiting. I've just heard back from our Developers team that they’ve identified the issue, and it's related to the size of the heading background image.
The current image you're using within the App is around 12 MB, and this exceeds what many mobile and laptop devices can comfortably handle in their buffers. When the request for this image was blocked for testing purposes, they saw that the issue was resolved. Therefore, to avoid further related issues, we recommend using smaller sized images.
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
