Now, coming back to your question, Your account is currently Overlimit because you've exceeded the allocation associated with the Starter plan, reaching a total of 101 submissions. Note that the Starter plan allows for a maximum of 100 submissions across all your forms per month, with the count resetting monthly. To keep track of your submissions, you can easily access the information on the Submissions Tables for each form. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
- Now, on the left side of your Jotform Submissions Table, you'll see a list of all of your submissions.
To restore access, you have a couple of options. You can wait until the submission counter resets or you may choose to upgrade to any of our paid plans. Upgrading not only increases your submission limits but also allows for an immediate reactivation of your account. In your account settings, you can also see when your monthly usage is supposed to reset. Let me show you how:1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date.
