Mi cuenta fue suspendida y mis formularios no estan recolectando datos que puedan ser usados para temas fraudulentos, acabo de adquirir un plan de jotform y no puedo hacer uso, en caso de que la suspension sea permanente como puedo obtener un rembolso del valor pagado.

Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

We've gone ahead and reactivated your account. We suggest you used a different card when purchasing Jotform's plan to avoid the account suspension from happening again.
