¿Cuál es la mejor práctica para liberar espacio?

Buenas, espero se encentren bien!

Estoy llegando a la cuota de almacenamiento de mi plan y me gustaría liberar espacio.

Para esto elimine una gran cantidad de registros recibidos en Jotform tables y en Inbox, pero no se refleja aun en el espacio disponible. Sobre esto tengo dos consultas:

1. Hay algún acceso directo a los documentos adjuntos de los envios (fotografías) y los documentos subidos (imagenes, logos, etc), para administrarlos.
2. Cual es la mejor practica o la mejor manera de liberar espacio que me pueden recomendar?

Now, coming back to your question, you can access the uploaded document in Jotform tables and it's associated with the submissions. The best practice for this is to back up your submissions and delete them. Usually when you delete a submission it will take some time, to be refreshed.

Your upload space now is 76.60 GB / 100.00 GB. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.
