Now, coming back to your question, I checked the email address you used to submit this ticket and found that it is not associated with any Jotform account. If you are referring to a different account, can you provide us the username or a link of a form that was created under your account for us to further investigate?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
