    Sobald ich in meinen Formularen ein Produkt auswähle, verschwindet der Absende-Button.

    Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form to investigate and saw that you've set a condition that hides the submit button when PayPal is selected as the payment method. The button reappears when Bank Transfer is chosen. Check out my screencasts below:

    thanks for your response. English is ok for me, but please excuse if my English is not the best.

    That's right, Paypal option hides the button, thats ok. The Problem is, if you choose paypal first an choose an option at the membership fee, then switch to banktransfer the submit button does not re-appear. the selection of the membership-fee stays but is hidden and you can not unselect it.

    Hi Michel,

    To fix this, you just need to adjust the form’s setting for Clear Hidden Field Values. This will ensure that any values in hidden fields are automatically cleared, which should allow the form logic to reset properly when changing payment methods. Let me show you how:

    1. In Smart PDF Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. On Form Settings, click on Show More Options.
    3. Scroll down to Clear Hidden Field Values and select Clear When Hidden.

    Hi Michael,

    When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. With the Clear when hidden selected, the product list should already be cleared, so the submit button should appear again. I have gone ahead and created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. As soon as we hear back from them, we’ll update you here on this thread.
