Guten Tag

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your questions, it's possible to create a table directly without a form, let me show you how:
1. In your Workspace, click on +Create in the top left.
2. In the menu that opens, click on Table.
3. Lastly, select the way you wish to create a table, starting from scratch, using a template, or importing your own data.
It might still be possible for you to revert the changes in your table using the revision history, or from your form's revision history, to get your columns back in your table.
If you need us to check your table directly to see what can be done. We’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Guten Tag
Danke.

Hi there
The table is already created but I miss the column.
I created a table by uploading data. > https://eu.jotform.com/tables/242724545933360Since I was not able to delete columns, I deleted everything in the form instead. It now seems that the form and table are linked in such a way that several columns are no longer visible in the table. Strangely, however, the row is still visible here: https://eu.jotform.com/tables/242724545933360/251724454736057
Is it possible to restore the form with all fields?
I had to work with this data...

Hi Anja,
When you create a form, a table is automatically created. Instead, following the instructions provided by my colleague, Lars, here, you can build an independent table that is not connected to a form. If you delete the form fields of a form, the related columns will be deleted in the table as well.
To further investigate, it would be helpful if you could grant us access to your account. Here's how to do it:
- Access your Account Security Page.
- Scroll down to Jotform Support Access and set the toggle to ON.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi
Thank you. That's why all columns are deleted.
I created the table by uploading an excel file.
Really would be great if you can restore the columns. I allowed your access.

Hi Anja,
I don't understand your issue, when I look at Form history, I don't see any change, the only version is the actual one, so that there is no older version to restore, as shown below:
As a consequence, there is no missing column in the Tables associated to your form, and all the columns associated to the actual form fields are showing hen you click on the Columms buttton, as shown below:
Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to better understand what's happening and to help you with this.

Hi
Please look at this one: https://eu.jotform.com/tables/242724545933360
Here I lost all colums like deadline, name of the "Stiftung", etc.

Hi Anja,
We are very sorry for any inconvenience. The Restore option in the Table Revision History is currently unavailable due to known bugs. Our development team is working to resolve these issues, and we will update you as soon as possible. So it's not currently possible to restore a previous version of your table.
The quickest way around this, would be to create a new table by uploading your Excel file again. And for any unwanted columns, I would recommend hiding them in Tables.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi there
Unfortunately this does not really help as I made a lot manually and did connect another table. The work would be too much. So I will continue working with Excel.
Thank you anyway for your support.
Anja
